Website Terms of Use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the WeBirdle website. Client projects and paid services are governed by separate agreements.
Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using webirdle.ca, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These terms apply only to this website and its public audit pages. They are not a proposal, statement of work, hosting agreement, service-level commitment, or other client services contract. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement between WeBirdle and the client.
Website information and availability
We provide website content for general information about WeBirdle and its services. Content, examples, audit observations, pricing references, availability, and service descriptions may change and do not create a binding offer unless included in a signed written agreement.
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise that every item is complete, current, error-free, or continuously accessible. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it for business, legal, financial, security, or technical decisions.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website to:
- break the law, infringe another person's rights, or facilitate harm;
- probe, bypass, or interfere with security or access controls;
- introduce malicious code or disrupt the website or its providers;
- access protected staff tools without authorization;
- send automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the service; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with WeBirdle or another person.
We may restrict access, preserve evidence, or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, or others.
Intellectual property
The website and its original text, design, graphics, code, branding, and other materials are owned by WeBirdle or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and make a reasonable personal or internal-business copy of publicly available pages. You may not sell, republish, modify, redistribute, or create a competing work from website materials without written permission, except where the law expressly permits it. Client ownership and licence rights for project deliverables are determined by the applicable client agreement, not these terms.
Website-audit reports
An audit report reflects observations made at a particular time from information available to us. Websites, search results, security posture, and third-party systems change. An audit is not a guarantee of ranking, traffic, revenue, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, or security, and is not a substitute for specialized professional advice.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or activate services operated by others, including Cal.com. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or conduct merely because we provide a link or integration.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or collateral, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WeBirdle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website. For claims relating only to free use of this website, WeBirdle's total liability will not exceed CAD $100. Different liability terms may apply under a separate client agreement. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, disputes concerning these terms will be brought in the courts of Alberta.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a revision means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@webirdle.ca.
